when your blog is your business, or something really important to you, it's a good idea to have a blog plan.
i have so many notebooks filled with dates, post ideas, and reminders. i finally got tired of flipping through pages of my notebooks trying to remember where i jotted down this week's blog plan. so i started to search for blog plan printables.
everything i found, though was only a week's worth of blog post plans. i usually schedule out my blog two weeks in advance, and sometimes more. so i made my own.
now for me, i decided to order this on a dry erase board so i don't have to waste sheet after sheet of paper. if you're curious on how i did that,
e-mail me and i'll help out.
but for now, here's a blog planner, free for your taking!
how to use this blog planner:
1.
day listing - this list is comprised of two weeks, starting on sundays. there is enough room on the line to the right of the day in order to do whatever you like. i usually write the date, title/idea of the post, and maybe a reminder of something i need to do for that specific post, like "edit photos." sometimes, i also remind myself to link to certain parties if need be.
2.
to-do list - this is easy. write what you need to do for those two weeks. i am doing a guest post soon, so on my to-do list, i have "edit photos for guest post" and "e-mail guest post to host by may 30."
3.
post ideas - this is for any amazing ideas you may have for future posts. easy enough.
4.
reach out/promote - we all need community. this is here to get me to actually plan for that. maybe e-mail some other bloggers about ad swapping. or guest posting. or buying ad space. or just e-mailing to connect with other like-minded bloggin women.
remember,
e-mail me if you'd like to know how i got mine on a dry-erase board. also, if you'd like something different, like a "notes" section instead of to-do, or only a one-week planner, e-mail me and we'll chat.
hope you like!
